Yahoo isn’t my favorite thing ever but if they didn’t buy tumblr, we would be shut down.
because tumblr costs a lot to run as accounts are free and there are no ads (sponsored ones, anyway)
so as long as they don’t screw with us, we stay calm.
Disney could have bought Tumblr if they wanted to.
I swear to god Yahoo if you make this website more ‘corporate’ and stick ads here I’m going to cry for weeks (this isn’t a joke okay)
Couldn’t be more mad about this yahoo shit. If there is even one tiny ad I will somehow kill Yahoo! I mean not really because I must stay behind my pc but you know
I feel like yahoo is gonna become that mom that tries too hard to be cool
Now that David Karp has all that money he should start a new blogging site exactly like this if yahoo screws it up.
Hopefully this isn’t the end to tumblr life as we know it.
